Patterns Adrift - 48"x24"

This canvas holds the secrets to two paintings beneath its surface; one I spent a 100 hours on...to ultimately paint over it all and begin again with the rich texture beneath the surface. I was inspired by the colors for the subject and shapes floating for the narrative.

This is a thickly rich textured painting, the depth hard to see here. This painting is not meant to be a statement, more an exercise in color, texture and play. But many find their own meaning through the lens of this work of art,

Original painting is 40" x 30" x 1.5" (101.6cm x 76.2 cm). Acrylic on primed canvas, two layers of UV protective clear varnish. Certificate of Authenticity and Artist Information on back of the painting.
